Foreign Exchange

Exchange rates shall be applied if you make settlements outside of Hong Kong or use a credit card issued overseas, etc. In relation to such exchange rates, exchange commissions will be incurred which are established based on the settlement services, credit card settlement services or credit cards that you use. Such commissions are not costs charged by this website but are commissions generated on the side of the credit card companies or settlement services (such as PayPal or Amazon Pay) that you use. Therefore, differences may arise since the daily rates are applied at the time the purchases are made and any returns are made. Please note that we are not responsible for such differences.

Import Duties

If you order an item to be delivered by international delivery, the item may be opened and inspected by Customs and be subject to import tax and other taxes imposed when the item arrives at the designated destination. You shall be responsible for paying such import tax and other taxes. Please note that we cannot manage such fees or estimate such amounts. For more details, please contact the nearest Customs before placing an order. In addition, please note that you are required to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the country and/or region to which the item is delivered. Shipping Rules

We will ship the ordered product within 3 business days. Please be aware that the date of arrival will vary on the region of the delivery address.

Delivery Fee

Delivery Fees will vary by region and country, as well as weight of the package.

Undeliverable regions

We may not be able to deliver items if the delivery destination is geologically distant from the central area of each country or region (such as certain remote islands or other isolated places). In such case, we will notify you prior to delivery. We retain our right not to deliver any items to regions to which delivery is prohibited under applicable export laws. In addition, we cannot not deliver any items to a P.O. Box or any similar address.

Local pickup

Local pickup is a delivery method that allows you to purchase products online and pick it up physically at ballaholic HONG KONG. Customers who choose this delivery method will get a notification once the order is ready, and MUST pick up the order within 7 days of receiving the notification. If the order is not picked up, the order will be cancelled.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges


We only accept cancellations, if we are contacted before the order has been shipped out.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

The only exceptions for returns or exchanges are if:

  • Any items are damaged or;
  • You receive an incorrect item.

If you wish to return or exchange any items due to either of the above reasons, please contact the following address within seven (7) days after the arrival of the item.

When returning or exchanging the item, please keep the item in the packaging condition in which it was delivered. The product must also have the price tag attached.

If, however, we are unable to exchange the item because the item is already sold out, is no longer produced or is a limited item, etc., we will return the payment for the item plus the bank transfer fees.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges of items due to your own reasons. In addition, even if the item is damaged or is incorrect, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items:

  • For which eight (8) or more days have passed since their arrival;
  • That you have already used;
  • That you have damaged or defaced;
  • That you have processed or repaired; or
  • That have their accessories, such as boxes, tags or instruction manuals, defaced, damaged or lost.
