Hey everyone! Thanks for waiting, and welcome back to another story this October. It’s been a busy month for us here at ballaholic. Our new winter sweats are out, and we’re thinking of sharing a little story about the inspiration behind their design, straight from the design team. We hope you’d enjoy a look at how ideas for ballaholic products come to life! The photo shoot was a memorable one, too: lots of smiles and goofy faces, with some new ballaholic debutants alongside familiar favourites like RYO and KK. Take a look on the website if you haven’t already! We’re also putting the finishing touches on a fresh project. We can’t say too much just yet, but we’re excited to share it with you soon. Now, let’s get to today’s story. We’ve been meaning to tell you about our latest Ball on Journey, which took us back to Taipei for City Session TPE. We saw familiar faces, met new friends, and spent our days talking, playing, and discovering more about the people and the city together. So, to everyone in Taipei who came by, joined us on the court, or simply stopped for a conversation: thank you for welcoming us. We’re already looking forward to seeing you again. And to everyone who follows our stories and supports ballaholic, wherever you are: thank you. It means a lot to have you along for the journey. So, what happened in Taipei? There were plenty of games, conversations that lasted into the evening, and one very important promise about stinky tofu… Well, we’ll let you read the rest for yourself!

ballaholic Stories is a new editorial space created to share the people, places, ideas, rituals, and memories that shape the ballaholic way of seeing basketball. Built from our journeys, conversations, and global community, this space will explore streetball culture through essays, interviews, profiles, photo stories, event recaps, and reflections that look beyond competition toward identity, discipline, friendship, imagination, and belonging. At its heart, ballaholic Stories is about paying close attention—to courts, communities, players, style, and the mind of the game—so that meaningful basketball moments can be remembered, shared, and carried forward.
